Control Panel
The Control Panel is a central panel from which multiple functions can be accessed from outside the standard Excel interface. These same functions may also be accessed from the Spreadsheet Server Ribbon within Excel.
For example:
-
GL
reporting users can view account balances for a selected account string, and subsequently drill down to the journals and journal entry lines which make up the balance. - Query users can view the results of a
GEXQ
formula, and also drill down to supporting detail.
Access the Control Panel
- From the desktop, navigate to Start > All Programs > Spreadsheet Server Suite> Spreadsheet Server Control Panel. The sign in dialog box appears, based on the selected ledger.
