Jack Henry Sign In

Follow the below steps to start the add-in component of Spreadsheet Server for Jack Henry ledgers:

Note: If a user's Product Settings are set to start during Excel startup, step 2 is not applicable. If unattended (auto) sign in is enabled, steps 3 and 4 are not applicable.

  1. Open Excel.
  2. In Excel, from the Spreadsheet Server Ribbon, select Disabled (or, click the down arrow under the Disabled button, and click Enable). The Sign On to Spreadsheet Server dialog box appears.
  3. In Sign On to Spreadsheet Server dialog box, specify the following information:
    • Host Name or IP Address: the iSeries system name or IP address that hosts the database.
    • Database Library: the name of library or catalog containing the GL data.
    • User Name: the iSeries user name.
    • Password: the iSeries password.
  4. Click OK.
