Lawson Sign In
Follow the below steps to start the add-in component of Spreadsheet Server for Lawson ledgers:
Note: If a user's Product Settings are set to start during Excel startup, step 2 is not applicable. If unattended (auto) sign in is enabled, steps 3 and 4 are not applicable.
- Open Excel.
- In Excel, from the Spreadsheet Server Ribbon, select Disabled (or, click the down arrow under the Disabled button, and click Enable). The Sign On to Spreadsheet Server dialog box appears.
- Two methods are available for signing into Spreadsheet Server:
- Select the Direct check box.
- Host Name or IP Address: the system name or IP address that hosts the database.
- Service: the Oracle Service Name where the database is located.
- Port: the port number.
- User Name: defaults to the user name assigned to the user in Application Configurator.
- Password: required only if a password was created for the user in Application Configurator.
- Oracle Service Name: the Oracle Service Name configured in Oracle Net Manager.
- User Name: defaults to the user name assigned to the user in Application Configurator.
- Password: required only if a password was created for the user in Application Configurator.
- Click OK.
