Local Address List
If using email server options Microsoft Outlook Exchange or SMTP, Distribution Manager allows users to create a customized local address list. This feature is beneficial when distributions are only for a select group of users, or if the email addresses are not available from any other list. Addresses in the local list may be added, edited, and deleted as necessary.
Create and Maintain a Local Address List
- From the Email Lists drop-down list, select Distributor (Local).
- Type the appropriate Name and Email Address (Alias and City are optional fields), then click the add button ( + ). Repeat to add additional names to the list. If necessary, click to remove the associated name in the list.
