Drill Down: Expand by Segment

Expand by Segment functionality allows users to select an account segment for which to summarize grouped by account balances, multiple account balances, or summary drill down data. The expand by results appear in a single or tabbed panel, and exclude zero balance accounts based on the option in the user's Spreadsheet Server Settings.

Expand by Segment

1. From the Account Balances, Multiple Account Balances, or Summary drill down panel, click Options > Group By Segment, then the desired account segment. The system groups the drill down data by the selected account segment.
2. Select the desired row(s), right-click and select the appropriate expand by segment. The Expand By drill down appears, displaying a list of the account segments making up the selected group by drill down data.
