Drill Down for Platform Data Sharing

This topic includes the drill down functionalities available for use when running a GXL formula using business views as the data source.

Note: To use this feature, enable the GXL: Platform Data Share setting in Spreadsheet Server Settings > GL Reporting. See Create a GXL Formula using Business Views to learn how to run the formula.

Drill Down to Worksheet

Follow the steps below to view the results of the drill down in a new worksheet.

1. Select the cell containing the GXL formula
2. From the Spreadsheet Server ribbon, select Drill Down > Worksheet > Results. The results of the drill down display based on the options defined in Spreadsheet Server Settings.
3. The new worksheet includes the title, link to the formula, username, date and time of creation alongside the results.
