Migrate to insightsoftware Platform
This topic leads you through the process of syncing the list of Platform users without having to manually perform the setup when migrating from the legacy version of Spreadsheet Server.
Follow these steps after you install Spreadsheet Server for Platform:
- Open the Application Configurator and select the Migrate to Platform button.
- If you are missing a first name, last name, or email ID, you will be prompted with an editable list to make those changes. Once you have filled out all the required information, you can submit.
- When you click the button, you will be prompted to authenticate on the platform.
- If the authentication is successful, the migration process continues. If not, no action is taken.
Note:
- All existing users are automatically created on the platform
- Users are assigned the same licenses they currently have. For example, a user with a Power User license in the legacy system will be assigned the equivalent license on the platform.
