How is auto-upgrade beneficial to the users?
With auto-upgrade, you can seamlessly access newer versions of the application. You can review the resolved issues and enhancements of the latest version using the release notes link and upgrade the application to stay up to date. You can also explore previous versions and install them.
How can users rollback to a previous version?
Contact customer support to rollback to a previous version of the application or click the Explore other available versions link to go through the previous versions and install them.
Is Auto-Upgrade available to all customers?
The auto-upgrade feature is available to all Platform customers on version 23.1 and higher.
Are there any changes to the installation process?
With the addition of the auto-upgrade feature, the Platform Installer installs the files to ProgramData\insightsoftware as opposed to localappdata\insightsoftware.
