Reassign and Remove License Keys

If necessary, users may be removed, allowing license keys to be assigned to a different user, or allowing the license key to be removed. This article describes how to reassign and remove license keys.

1. From the Application Configurator panel, select the Users tab.
2. To remove a user assigned to a license key, select the desired user, then, from the ribbon, click the Remove button, and click Yes to confirm the removal of the user. The system deletes the user, and makes the license key available to be assigned to another user, or, to be removed.
3. To remove a license key, select the desired license key, right-click, then select Remove License Key. The system removes the license key.
